Effect consumption
Effect consumption is a property of certain skills and support gems that involve removing a debuff on the targetted enemy to improve or add a skill effect. Skills which consume debuffs have the Payoff tag.
Mechanics
Only a single consumption effect can occur for each debuff at a time (e.g. two Shock consumption effects cannot occur simultaneously), and effects from skills take priority over support gem effects (e.g. Blood Hunt consumes Bleeding, therefore
Haemocrystals cannot also consume Bleeding).
