Calls down lightning to strike all enemies in a cone in front of you. Deals significantly more damage to Shocked enemies but Consumes Shock from them after damaging them. Targeting close to you will cause you to jump back as you cast.Deals 49 to 146 Lightning Damage

100% more damage with Hits per 5% Shock Effect on Enemy
Cone Length is 10 metres
