Skill functions and interactions

Spells are Unsealed when cast, and their effects Reoccur for each Seal lost.

Unleash cannot cause channelling or cooldown skills to reoccur.

Unleash may have interactions with Payoff skills such as Cold Snap, where an effect is consumed but the 'Payoff' effect occurs one additional time per seal (with reduced damage).
