Beira of the Rotten Pack is a unique monster located in Clearfell. Defeating her grants the Head of the Winter Wolf, granting the player +10% cold resistance.

| Swell! | Frost Nova | After a short channel, launches a Frost Nova that expands slowly dealing Cold Damage. |
| Rotten! | Ice Spikes | Rune circles appear on the ground. Ice Spike will spawn shortly after dealing Cold Damage. |
| Default Attacks | Multiple forms of Melee and Ranged attacks. |
