Rafiq of the Frozen Spring

Rafiq of the Frozen Spring is a unique monster and the boss of the second floor of the Trial of the Sekhemas, along with Hadi of the Flaming River.

Abilities

  • Mace Strike: Strikes with a mace. 20% Phys to Cold conversion, heavy knockback.
  • Mace Slam: Quickly slams in front of it in a large area. 40% Phys to Cold conversion.
  • Heavy Slam: Infuses its mace with ice before slamming in front of it in a large area. 80% Phys to Cold conversion.

If Rafiq is killed first, the statues at the outside of the arena will fire icy projectiles, creating Chilled Ground at the center.

If Hadi of the Flaming River is killed first, Rafiq will enrage, recovering to full life and gaining new skills:

  • Marker Slam: Taps the ground twice with its mace, creating markers on the ground, then does a Heavy Slam. Icicles shoot up out of the markers, dealing cold damage with 60% Phys to Cold conversion.
