Doom Blast deals Chaos damage in an area around the previously cursed enemy.
By combining a curse with Cursed Ground and either Spell Echo or Unleash, due to the limit of 1 Cursed Ground, the Cursed Ground will expire immediately, proccing Doom Blast.
