Tempest Bell

Tempest Bell is a skill that placed a giant resonating bell. Hitting the bell will cause it to ring, dealing damage to all enemies around it. Applying elemental ailments like freeze or shock to the bell will add elemental damage to the strikes.

Item acquisition
Tempest Bell has restrictions on where or how it can drop.
It can be obtained by engraving an Uncut Skill Gem.
