Acceptable values are "Mana", "Life", "ES", "Rage", "ManaPercent", "LifePercent", "UnreservedManaPercent", "ManaPerMinute", "LifePerMinute", "ManaPercentPerMinute", "LifePercentPerMinute", "ESPerMinute", "ESPercentPerMinute" and "ESPercent".
The character must deal Elemental Damage with an Attackhit to gain Resonance. Character will gain Resonance of the highest Elemental Damage type and lose 2 Resonance of the other types.
