==Access==
A {{il|Simulacrum}} is required to access it. Upon using one in the [[Realmgate]], an area with several interconnected arenas will be created with tilesets based on various [[act]] areas:

==Mechanics==
The Simulacrum consists of 15 waves of enemies to defeat. Interacting with the Strangely Familiar Entity will summon the next wave. Each wave increases the difficulty and rewards, gradually increasing in [[Delirium#Delirium scaling|Deliriousness]] and area modifiers. Killing monsters will increase earned rewards for the wave. Once the entire wave of enemies is cleared, all earned rewards for that wave based on the reward icons are dropped at once. Starting a new wave will destroy all items remaining on the ground.
 
A [[stash]] is available in the area, allowing storage of items between waves.
 
Each wave adds 10% Deliriousness, capping at 100% at wave 10+. Each difficulty adds +10% minimum and maximum Deliriousness.
 
Waves start with 2 random modifiers, increasing by 1 on waves 5, 8, and 11.
 
Unique monsters can appear starting from wave 5, and both are almost guaranteed to appear in wave 13-15. They fill more reward gauge progress than other enemies.

The Simulacrum is the endgame encounter for Delirium.

Access

A SimulacrumSimulacrumHow do you defeat that which dwells within you?Open a Delirium Portal by using this item at the Realm Gate. Can only be used once. is required to access it. Upon using one in the Realmgate, an area with several interconnected arenas will be created with tilesets based on various act areas:

Mechanics

The Simulacrum consists of 15 waves of enemies to defeat. Interacting with the Strangely Familiar Entity will summon the next wave. Each wave increases the difficulty and rewards, gradually increasing in Deliriousness and area modifiers. Killing monsters will increase earned rewards for the wave. Once the entire wave of enemies is cleared, all earned rewards for that wave based on the reward icons are dropped at once. Starting a new wave will destroy all items remaining on the ground.

A stash is available in the area, allowing storage of items between waves.

Each wave adds 10% Deliriousness, capping at 100% at wave 10+. Each difficulty adds +10% minimum and maximum Deliriousness.

Waves start with 2 random modifiers, increasing by 1 on waves 5, 8, and 11.

Unique monsters can appear starting from wave 5, and both are almost guaranteed to appear in wave 13-15. They fill more reward gauge progress than other enemies.

Monsters

Monsters in the Simulacrum do not leave corpses or trigger on-death explosions such as Herald of IceHerald of IceBuff, Attack, Persistent, AoE, Cold, Herald, Payoff
