Decay is a damaging debuff that deals chaos damage over time. It is not a skill or ailment, and it is not a skill effect for the purpose of modifiers to Skill Effect Duration.

Currently (as of v0.1.0e) Decaying Hex is bugged and does not scale with modifiers related to chaos damage.

Decaying Hex has restrictions on where or how it can drop.

It can be obtained by engraving an Uncut Support Gem.
