Ominous Altars is a quest in the act 1 areas Hunting Grounds and Freythorn. The quest involves cleansing Ritual altars in Freythorn. Note, that the final altar is surrounded by a black vortex that only dissipates when all other Ritual altars in the area have been found and cleansed.

• Normal: Your choice of a normal ilvl 11 Ruby Charm, Sapphire Charm, or Topaz Charm
• Cruel: Your choice of a normal ilvl 49 Thawing Charm, Dousing Charm, or Grounding Charm
