Rotting Hulk is a monster located in Vastiri Outskirts and Sandswept Marsh.
Attacks
- Swing: The Hulk swings its fist and deals Physical damage in an arc before it
- Belch: The Hulk spits out a mass of caustic fluids, dealing physical damage on Hit as well as in an area around the impact. This attack always poisons and creates Caustic Ground.
