The Witch is an intelligence-oriented class that specializes in minion and occult spells. She is of Maraketh heritage, raised by the Faridun.
The Witch obtains a 
Withered Wand, Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Celebrant Sceptre" and 
Unearth as her default starting weapon set and skill in The Riverbank.
