Cleansed map are a type of map encounter that can appear after completing a Corrupted Nexus. Doing so will convert all nearby maps affected by Coalesced Corruption to instead become cleansed maps, which contain additional cleansed monster packs.
Mechanics
Cleansed monsters have a chance to drop a 
Fracturing Orb.
A unique boss, Phanos, Last Disciple of Auria, can rarely be encountered.
