Lua error in Module:Item at line 140: omen is not a valid tag.
Omen of Whittling is an Omen item. It will remove the lowest ilvl modifier on an item.
For example, if you have a quiver with the following stats:
T2 fire damage to attacks (ilvl 12)
T2 +lvl to all projectile skills (ilvl 41)
T4 +% attack speed (ilvl 60)
T8 +dexterity (ilvl 74)
