Omens are currency items that can be purchased for tribute after completing Ritual encounters. Activating an omen will guarantee a specified outcome when using a crafting currency item on an item. Once triggered, the omen is consumed.
Only one omen can be activated at a time. Activating a new omen without triggering it will deactivate the previous one.
