#% more maximum Physical Attack Damage and #% less minimum Physical Attack Damage are not actually "attack damage" modifiers. Instead, they modify the minimum and maximum range of the sum of physical damage after conversion. For example, an attack with a damage range of 10-40 physical damage would be treated as having a range of 6-56 physical damage instead. This is notably useful for ailments like Bleeding which cares about the highest damage dealt in a hit, rather than an average.
These modifiers apply after conversion; the modified range only applies to the damage range of physical damage. If physical damage is converted to another damage type, it no longer benefits from these stats. However, if another damage type is converted to physical damage, it does benefit from these stats.

Ryslatha's Coil can drop anywhere. It can be chanced.
Belts level 30 and above now have implicit modifiers with 1-2 Charm Slots, while Belts level 60 and above now have implicit modifiers with 1-3 Charm Slots. This only affects new Belts found after this patch has been deployed.
Fixed a bug where sources of less minimum or more maximum Physical Attack Damage, such as Heft Support or the Ryslatha's Coil Unique Belt, were not working correctly with damage conversion.
