Consuming Questions is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Acolyte of Chayula that causes mana leech to also recover energy shield, but disables energy shield recharge.
Mechanics
Instances of your mana leech grant an equivalent amount of energy shield recovery. If the mana leech is removed before its full duration expires (e.g. by reaching full mana) the remaining expected ES recovery is also removed.[1]
Idle Hands with a corruption to increase You count as on Full Mana while at 90% of maximum Mana or above to 101% or greater does not prevent mana leech from being removed once mana reaches 100%.
