Mechanics
Branching Bolts and its preceding passives grant #% chance for Lightning Skills to Chain an additional time. When combined with a skill supported by 
Chain, the stat Supported Skills Chain 100% more times causes these passives to grant a chance to chain 2 additional times instead.[1]
