Fracturing Orb is a currency item that lock a random modifier, preventing it from being removed or modified.
Mechanics
Using a Fracturing Orb on an item will cause it to become a "fractured item". Fractured items can be modified with most currencies, but the fractured modifier cannot be removed or modified. Fractured items are always at least magic rarity. Its numerical value cannot be randomised using a Divine Orb. Fractured items cannot be upgraded to unique using an Orb of Chance.
Fracturing Orbs cannot be used on items with less than 4 modifiers. It also cannot be used on unique items or fractured items.
