Gwennen
Gwennen is an Expedition NPC who specialises in weapons, foci, and quivers. She trades exclusively in 
Broken Circle Artifacts, which players can obtain during Expedition encounters.
Mechanics
Gwennen offers weapons, foci, and quivers for purchase and provides optional crafting upgrades during transactions. Her crafting options allow players to incrementally upgrade, remove, or reforge item modifiers, making her a versatile option for offensive gear.
