This template uses the following modules:

• Module:New content

This template displays a notice that the page it appears on describes new Path of Exile content that has yet to be released or has already been released in the specified version.

Usage

This template should be placed at the top of a page or section that describes new content when it should be noted that the information about that content may be incomplete.

You must always specify the version number of the new content using the first unnamed parameter or |version=. The notice produced by this template will change according to whether the specified version has been released.

To indicate that certain parts of a page need to be updated, use the second unnamed parameter or |part=.

{{New content|3.0.0|damage over time}}

To indicate that a section needs to be updated, place this template at the top of the section and use "section" for the value of the second unnamed parameter or |part=.

{{New content|3.0.0|section}}

The notice produced by this template will show a link to the talk page if it exists. To have it link to a specific section of the talk page where the discussion should take place, use |talk=Section title.

{{New content|3.0.0|talk=Changes in version 3.0.0}}

This template detects which namespace it is used in and changes accordingly. Using this template on a mainspace article will automatically add it to Category:Upcoming content if the specified version has yet to be released, or Category:Newly released content if the specified version has already been released.
