Take 75% less Damage over Time if you've started taking Damage over Time in the past second
Take 50% more Damage over Time if you haven't started taking Damage over Time in the past second

Skip your heartbeat, hold your breath, this slow-acting poison will bring only death.

Heartstopper is a keystone passive skill that lessens damage over time you take if you have just started taking damage over time, but causes you to take more DoT if you haven't.

Location

Heartstopper is located on the top right side of the passive skill tree.

Related unique items

These unique items have the Heartstopper modifier, which provides the same effect as this keystone. Allocating the keystone while equipping one of these items will impart no additional benefit.
