Circular Teachings is a keystone passive skill exclusively granted by Heroic Tragedy. It causes Dexterity to grant increased armour instead of accuracy rating.

Location

This keystone will conquer any keystones within the radius of a Heroic Tragedy jewel with modifier Remembering (100-8000) songworthy deeds by the line of Medved.
