Apex of Filth is a large maze-like area.

- [Boss arena] Stenchpools: A small arena containing a filthy fountain. The Queen of Filth drops the
Temple Door Idol. - [Notable landmark] Bubbling Respite: Located next to Cauldron Keeper. Interact with the bubbling Cauldron to throw in the
Red Mushroom, 
Green Mushroom, and 
Blue Mushroom found in the area (either from monsters or sometimes randomly in the area) for a magic 
Gargantuan Life Flask and 
Gargantuan Mana Flask both with quality.
