The Necromantic Talisman keystone will NOT cause minions to trigger the Lightning Bolt on critical strikes, though you will still trigger them from your own critical strikes.
Currently, the game will crash if Lightning Bolt's cooldown is lowered to 0 using Temporalis due to infinitely proccing itself, unless it is linked with Archmage and Lifetap to give it a cost.
