The Hooded One is an NPC. He is a major character in Path of Exile 2's campaign.
The Hooded One can identify all items in your inventory. He also allows you to respec allocated passive skill points for a Gold fee. You can also change the attribute points of allocated travel nodes for half price.
Ctrl + left clicking The Hooded One will automatically identify all items in your inventory.
He is first met in the Act 1 area The Grelwood and is unlocked after a quest chain. Afterwards, he will be present in every Act town.

At the end of Act 2, The Hooded One revealed himself as Sin, one of the gods and a major ally first introduced in Path of Exile.
