The Riverbank is a linear area with a few larger clearings containing trees.

[Boss arena] Obelisk of Rust: Activate the Obelisks of Rust and defeat the summoned packs of Ancient Ezomytes to obtain the Runed Girdle and Runed Guard. The third Obelisk will spawn the Rust King, who drops the Runed Skull Cap.
[Chest] Abandoned Stash: The area is covered in Arms chests which contain various martial weapons.
