Soulless Form is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Lich that removes your base mana regeneration and grants mana regeneration based on your maximum life instead. It also causes a portion of damage taken to bypass energy shield.
Mechanics
This passive skill disables the character's default mana regeneration rate of 4%, and instead adds flat mana regen based on 6% of your maximum life. This regeneration is affected by mana regeneration and recovery rate; it is not affected by life regeneration/recovery rate.
