Empowered Skills

Empowered Skills do not have any inherent bonuses, but a number of stats and modifiers specifically apply to Empowered Skills.
An Empowered Skill refers to a skill which has gained special properties, or "empowered", by the effects of another skill. Warcries are a common source of empower.
Mechanics
Empower does not inherently grant any bonuses, but sources of empower can grant specific bonuses to empowered skills. Multiple empower effects can apply to a single skill.
