Omens are currency items that can be purchased in exchange for tribute after completing Ritual encounters. Activating an omen will guarantee a specified outcome when its condition is met, such as a guaranteed crafting outcome or an effect on the player character. Once triggered, the omen is consumed.
To use an omen, right-click to activate it. While it remains in the player's inventory, the activated omen will be consumed when the relevant condition is met. It is possible to have multiple related omens active at a time (e.g., an Omen of Sinistral Annulment and an Omen of Greater Annulment can be used together to remove two prefix modifiers). However, activating an omen while another, non-related omen is active may deactivate the old one.
Only one non-crafting omen can be used per zone instance.
