Primed for Stun

Normal enemies are Primed for Stun when they have at least 40% Heavy Stun buildup. Magic enemies are instead Primed at 60% buildup, Rare at 70%, and Unique at 80%.
An enemy is Primed for Stun where they reach a certain Heavy Stun buildup threshold. This threshold is 40% for normal enemies, 60% for magic, 70% for rare, and 80% for unique.
