The Atlas Passive Tree is a passive tree that can add bonuses to the atlas. Instead of one unified tree, the atlas passive tree is divided into a generic tree, for general mapping purposes, a bossing tree, for map bosses, and individual trees for each map mechanic.

Defeating a pinnacle encounter of a given map mechanic will give two points for that mechanic's section of the tree. In those trees, the small nodes will increase the difficulty of the pinnacle encounter, while the notables will augment the mechanic's rewards. Earning more points for those trees require defeating their pinnacle encounter at higher and higher difficulties.
