Pain Attunement is a keystone passive skill that improves your crit damage while on low life but worsens it while on full life.

Pain Attunement is located on the left side of the passive skill tree.
Related unique items
These unique items have the Pain Attunement modifier, which provides the same effect as this keystone. Allocating the keystone while equipping one of these items will impart no additional benefit.
