Leech recovers an amount of life, mana, or energy shield over time based on hit damage taken by an enemy.

Mechanics

Leech is calculated as a percentage of damage the enemy takes from a hit, which is then recovered at that rate over time.

Leech stacks last for 1 second by default and do not stack; only the highest instance of leech applies its recovery at one time.

Leech resistance is a stat found on monsters that reduces the recovery of leech. Leech resistance is based on the monster level of a monster.
