Logbooks are an item class that can be used with Dannig to open portals to a special Expedition encounter. A logbook encounter is essentially one giant expedition encounter, with a single chain of explosives. The exile's explosives may uncover Underground Areas, as well as Olroth, the pinnacle encounter of Expedition. Defeating Olroth will grant points in the expedition atlas tree.
