Simulacrums are the pinnacle encounters of Delirium, accessed by using a File:Simulacrum inventory icon.pngSimulacrumSimulacrumFile:Simulacrum inventory icon.png. A simulacrum is composed of 15 waves of increasing difficulty and rewards. Items are dropped at the end of each wave. Bosses will be encountered in the later waves.
