Time Freeze is a spell skill granted by the Chronomancer ascendancy notable Ultimate Command. It allows the player to freeze time around them, stopping nearby enemies for a duration.

Mechanics

Time Freeze is considered a slow, and is therefore affected by all penalties to slow including monster rarity and number of characters in a party.

Time Freeze's duration is halved each time the skill was used within the last 30 seconds. This timer begins after Time Freeze expires, so it is not possible to use Time Freeze indefinitely. However, it is possible with sufficient skill effect duration, cooldown reduction/resets (e.g. Time Snap), and Second Wind to use it multiple times in a row.

Time Freeze is affected by the slower expiry rate of effects from Temporal Chains.
