The Hooded One
The Hooded One is a NPC. He is a major character in Path of Exile 2's campaign.
The Hooded One can identify all items in your inventory. He also allows you to respec allocated passive skill points for a Gold fee. You can also change the attribute points of allocated travel nodes for half price.
He is first met in the Act 1 area The Grelwood and unlock after a quest chain. Afterwards, he will be present in every Act town.
