Simulacrums are the pinnacle encounters of Delirium, accessed by using a 
SimulacrumSimulacrumHow do you defeat that which dwells within you?Open a Delirium Portal by using this item at the Realm Gate. Can only be used once.
. A simulacrum is composed of 15 waves of increasing difficulty and rewards. Items are dropped at the end of each wave. Bosses will be encountered in the later waves.
Completing a simulacrum grants points for the delirium section of the atlas passive tree.
