Distilled Emotion
Distilled Emotions are a type of currency item exclusive to Delirium encounters. Distilled emotions may be used to instill enchantments onto amulets and waystones. On amulets, combinations of three distilled emotions correspond to and grant a notable passive from the passive skill tree while the amulet is equipped. On waystones, each distilled emotion (up to three) can apply layers of Delirium to maps, increasing its difficulty significantly however also adding additional modifiers based on used distilled emotions.
Amulets can only have one enchantment and waystones can have up to three enchantments, unless otherwise stated (e.g 
Strugglescream). An item's enchantment can be replaced by enchantment simply by instilling it again; if the item has multiple enchantments, one will be replaced at random. It is not currently possible to remove an enchantment altogether.
