This subpage provides documentation for Template:Delete.

This message box indicates that a page is proposed for deletion.

Usage

Place the following text at the top of the page being proposed for deletion:

{{proposed deletion}}

It is recommended that you provide a reason for the proposed deletion by using parameter |1= or |reason=:

{{proposed deletion|Your reason goes here.}}

The page will be added to Category:Proposed deletions automatically. You can add the parameter |nocat=1 to prevent this.
