This template adds rows to the table "main_pages", which is declared by the template Cargo/main pages. View table.
Overview
This template creates an infobox for passive skills that share a particular name. It is intended to be used in the main name space describing passive skills.
All passive skills that do not have a stat_text set but a matching name will be ignored (as it's generally outdated or disabled passives).

| q_where | str | Replace name with this parameter to be able to control exactly what the where clause for the #cargo_query will be. Recommended only for exceptions.
