Breach is a map mechanic. A breach is a tear in the opening of reality. Interacting with a breach will open a bridge to another plane of existence and allows the exile to see and fight its monsters.
To keep the breach open, the exile needs to keep killing its monsters. The more monsters killed, the longer the breach lasts and the more rewards can be gained.
Clasped Hands are interactable objects within breaches that can drop Breach Rings.
