Whispers of Doom is a keystone passive skill that allows players to increase their curse limit but doubles the delay before curses can activate.
Mechanics
Activation delay can be bypassed if the curse is applied directly such as through 
Hand of Chayula.
Location
Whispers of Doom is located on the top side of the passive skill tree.
