How to fix

Add |release_version = 3.25.0 to the {{Item}} template. Make sure that release_version matches the version history of the item.

For items that have been reworked at a point and still have the old item in the game, use the date of the rework (i.e. this applies to maps for example, but not 'legacy' unique items that had their mod values changes).
