This subpage provides documentation for Template:Better source needed.

This template flags an inline citation that does not link to a reference that sufficiently supports the preceding statement.

Usage

Place this template after a citation to indicate that a better source is needed.

The page this template appears on will automatically be added to Category:Articles lacking reliable references.

A reason can be specified using |reason=. This replaces the tooltip text with the stated reason.
