This template is used to set off text in a blockquote.
Usage
Place {{blockquote top}} at the beginning of the content block and place {{blockquote bottom}} at the end.
Example
{{blockquote top}} Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Pellentesque adipiscing sagittis libero in vestibulum. Maecenas semper turpis velit, vel rutrum eros accumsan nec. {{blockquote bottom}}
The templating above would yield:
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Pellentesque adipiscing sagittis libero in vestibulum. Maecenas semper turpis velit, vel rutrum eros accumsan nec.
