The Azak Bog is a rectangular winding maze of passageways and Azak settlements. The boss arena is located at the opposite end from the entrance.

- [Boss arena] Gor-gor Mog: A large circular arena. Drops
Gemrot Skull and
Ignagduk's Ghastly Spear.
- [Notable landmark] Flameskin Ritual: A large ritual site surrounded by five Small Effigies. Lightning the five effigies and approaching the central effigy grants the Ignagduk's Harvest buff, granting 25% Fire Resistance and 25% increased item rarity. This buff persists throughout the entire area until you exit the area or die; this process can be repeated to reobtain this buff.
